eTrio offers a pay scheme that is unique in the world of website providers as far as we are aware. After providing you with a quote for the design, building, styling etc of your site, you then have two options. You can take advantage of our Pay As You Go Plan, this effectively allows you to spread the cost over a full year, with no added interest at all! Alternatively you can pay the fee as a One Off Charge.

Which package is best for me?
Our challenge is to produce a site you will be happy with and which best suits your needs. We aim to do this without charging you for anything you really do not need or want. If you do not have a clear idea what you need our friendly staff will discuss your requirements and ideas with you and make suggestions. Once an outline is decided upon eTrio will provide a few samples for you to choose from.
How do I go about designing it?

You have two options. If you already have an idea of how your site should look then we will work with you around it. Otherwise we can provide ideas, helping you to find the suitable look and feel for you.

In addition to the look and feel, we also need text and images for the site. You can provide this, or we will provide it for you. When we have all of your information and have had a discussion with you, we will provide you with a few designs to choose from. Then, after a little fine tuning and approval by you, your site can be up and running within a short space of time.

Can I change or upgrade my site?
Absolutely! If you are coming to us for the first time and already have a website, then you could benefit from a fresh new version of your site AND take advantage of our convenient Pay As You Go Plan.

If you have had a website with us for a while then you will know that your package will include a certain amount of 'refurbishment' during the year. But as with anything these days, styles change and you will obviously want your site to look up to date and attractive. If you want a complete change of theme and style then talk to us about an upgrade package today.

What is support?
We automatically include three months free support with any package. This means that any 'bugs' or problems arising on with the site software during this time will be dealt with at no cost to you.
What is maintenance?
This refers to periodic updates to your site dealing with information, content and images. New styling or a redesign will be costed out for you as you require it. Ongoing maintenance involves health checks to the system, monitoring and ensuring your site is up and running at all times.
